==Children's ITV==

Kinsey first appeared on Children's ITV in July 1991, to present their summer mornings service, which ran from 9:25 am to 12:30 pm each weekday throughout July and August. One of the programs that were aired on the Children's ITV summer morning block for 1991 include ''The Riddlers'', the final series of ''Rod, Jane and Freddy'', ''Good Morning, Miss Bliss'' (an original TV series that later became ''Saved by the Bell''), ''Allsorts'', three Australian television programs which were ''Adventures on Kythera'', ''The Haunted School'' and ''Just for the Record'', the animated series of ''Ben Hur'', ''Vicky the Viking'', ''Rosie and Jim'', ''Rainbow'', ''Ox Tales'', ''Adventures of the Gummi Bears'' and various original classic animated shorts from The Walt Disney Company. He also stood in for the Children's ITV afternoons service presenter, Tommy Boyd on several occasions, one of which was the week before Christmas in 1991. There was no Children's ITV summer mornings service from 1992 onwards, so Kinsey didn't return to Children's ITV until late 1992, following Boyd's departure. Kinsey took over presenting in the afternoons from December 1992 to February 1993. The programs that were aired on Children's ITV in the afternoons at his time of presenting include continuing episodes of ''Brill'', ''Scooby-Doo'', ''Wowser'', ''The Raggy Dolls'', ''Rolf's Cartoon Club'', ''Children's Ward'', ''Victor and Hugo'', ''Beetlejuice'', ''Knightmare'', ''Astro Farm'' and ''Bad Influence!'', a few reruns of ''The Sooty Show'', debuts of ''Harry's Mad'', ''ZZZap!'', ''Eye of the Storm'', ''Where's Wally?'', ''Runaway Bay'' and ''Wizadora'', new series of ''Grotbags'', ''Fun House'', ''Mike and Angelo'' and ''Count Duckula'' and reruns of ''Garfield and Friends'', ''Toucan Tecs'', ''The Ratties'', the first five or six episodes of the third series of ''Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends'' and ''TaleSpin''. He left Children's ITV in February 1993 though, after the new Children's ITV controller, Dawn Airey abolished in-vision continuity in favour of an out-of-vision service, with voice-over links provided by Steven Ryde instead. Kinsey was a big fan of the Children's ITV programme, ''Knightmare'' and was the first honorary member of the ''Knightmare Adventurer's Club''.
